As courtesy to our customers we offer:

• Service Valet – Pick up and Delivery
• Shuttle Service to and from your home or place of work (30 mile radius)
• BMW Loaner Cars*

*Loaner Policy

Loaner cars are available to customers who meet the following criteria:

• Loaner cars must be reserved at the time of the service appointment.
• Loaners are only available for certain repairs and based upon availability.
• Vehicle Owner must be over 21 years of age, possess and show a valid driver’s license, a current insurance card and a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).
• Parking tickets and traffic violations are the sole responsibility of the client.
• Body or other damage to the loaner car while in the client’s possession is the responsibility of the client.
• Smoking and/or pets are not allowed in loaner cars as well as food and beverages. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if violated.
• Loaner vehicle is due back same day work is completed. A charge of $100 per day will result if not returned in a timely manner.

Special Notes:

• Loaner car is a substitute vehicle provided by Motorwerks BMW as a courtesy, at no charge.
• Loaner car will most likely not be the same make, model or color as the client’s car.
• We do not provide loaner cars for accident repairs. Check with your insurance company
  for rental coverage.
